It was built in the end of the previous century. The lodge of the frontage and overarms, which are made of wrought iron with magnificent decorative figures, is what distinguishes the building. Previously, it belonged to Nik. Speliotakis, Ketseas, the Metropolis and today it belongs to the Participial Treasury of the Army and lodges the General Bank. Earlier, and for many years, it had lodged the coffee shop of Baphitis, where especially young people gathered to play backgammon and cards. As Theveosís coffee shop it was historical in the city for the Artistic events and the balls, which took place there, before the War.
